PRESSMAN

Immediate openings available for wide web flexographic printing press operators. Responsibilities include meeting all safety, production, sustainability and quality standards. Interact with other departments to achieve the company’s core strategies. Basic computer and printing skills are required. Set up, operate and maintain state of the art flexographic printing presses. Proficient in mixing and matching all Pantone ink colors. Carroll Products provides pressman with the highest level of current industry training.

BAG OPERATOR

Under the direction of the Converting Supervisor and designated Shift Leads, responsibilities include operating and cleaning bag machines and associated equipment in order to safely and consistently produce high-quality poly bags. This is an entry level position.

PLATE MOUNTER

Responsible for mounting plates onto printing sleeves and cylinders for pending jobs.
Duties include:

• Logging in of all new print plates.
• Gathering all necessary production paperwork.
• Mounting of printing plates for production.
• Cleaning and removal and storage of plates when not in use.
• Maintain inventory of all mounting supplies.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance mechanics will utilize their skills in maintaining, trouble shooting, and repairing all electrical and mechanical production equipment.
